Our Products and Availability
All of our products are new and unopened. We use real-time stock management. If a product is unavailable, it will display "out of stock." Because of our already low prices and inexpensive shipping charges, we currently do not offer price-matching.

Payment Options
During our checkout procedure, we offer four payment options as described below:

Google Checkout - Try this new, fast way to checkout. Google Checkout accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Credit Card - Direct credit card purchases made at Newspiel.com are securely processed. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.

PayPal - We accept direct electronic transfers from your PayPal account to ours. Additionally, PayPal can also process other forms of payment, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards as well as direct bank transfers.

Check or Money Order - If you prefer to pay us with a check or money order, first submit your order online. We will hold your items for 10 days. Make your payment to Newspiel.com and mail it to us at:

Sales Tax
We collect sales tax for purchases made in Arizona (8.1%).

U.S. Shipping
We offer two shipping choices:

Fedex Ground (or Fedex Home Delivery) is the most affordable shipping method for larger packages. FedEx Ground packages should arrive within one week. As an estimate, one game costs between $6-$9 to ship depending on weight and shipping distance from Arizona. The shipping cost for additional games can vary from $0.20-$3.00 depending on the same factors. All orders of $125 or more qualify for free FedEx Ground shipping (applicable for continental USA orders only; total amount before taxes must be at least $125; this discount will be automatically applied to the shopping cart).

USPS Priority Mail is also available and packages should arrive in 2-3 days. This can be a cheaper option than UPS Ground for small orders.

Expected arrival times are in addition to order processing that is normally less than 48 hours, excluding weekends. In the unlikely event that package contents are damaged, contact us immediately with details at service@newspiel.com to begin the replacement process.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping for orders over $300 US. Write to us at info@newspiel.com with your list of games and your full address for a shipping quote. Please be aware that standard airmail can often add 25% to 50% more to your total cost.


Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of original purchase. All games must be in new, unopened condition with original shrink-wrapping. Refunds will not include original or return shipping charges. To initiate a return, please contact us at service@newspiel.com.

Privacy & Security
We only use your personal information to process your order. We do not share any customer information with any other parties. We use a SSL Certificate to collect your information and all of our credit card transactions are processed securely. We never store your credit card numbers on our servers.
